Land and Sea

This 96 photo portfolio was carried out between 1986 and 1997 in Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Turkey, Guatemala and Belize.

The main focus of this photografic research is on the investigation of Land & Sea borders both in terms of natural environment and of human artefacts: precisely, the sea shore.

Therefore Sea, Beach, Land and Man's Signs are the different sections composing the Land & Sea portfolio.

After the first personal exibition in 1997 at the Castle of Sartirana in the Lomellina area of Lombardy, on behalf of the Sartirana Art Foundation - "Ugo Mulas" Museum of Italian Photography, under the direction of Giorgio Forni, Land & Sea was presented in Istanbul (1998), Smirne (1999) on behalf of the Italian Cultural Institutes.

From a technical point of view, Photocamera CANON F1, CANON lens 28, 50, 135 and 300 mm. were used. Film: KODAK EKTACHROME 64 Professional.
